Christ's Church is a Restoration Movement church. We have a very high, conservative view of the Bible.
While we are conservative doctrinally, we try to be contemporary in practice. We want to meet people where they are and present our message in a compelling and engaging way.
At Christ's Church, we believe that true transformation happens in the context of authentic relationships- between people and with God. We believe that growth, healing, and transformation takes place in the context of those relationships.
Through unity and community within the church, we hope to honor God by becoming a living example of what it looks like when a community is transformed in Christ. We strive to shine His light through humility and service.
Whether you’re new to Greenville or searching for a church family, you’ll find a welcoming space here. From children’s programming to small groups, every part of our church is designed to help you grow, heal, and thrive. Join us as we walk together in faith and build lasting relationships that make a difference.

Build relationships that honor God and lead to transformation in Christ.
Create opportunities to develop intentional relationships that encourage people, honor God and lead to transformation in Christ.
We believe the Bible is inspired by God and that His Spirit directed men to write His words; therefore, we believe that it contains no errors.
(2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21)
We believe that there is only one God who exists in three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
(Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10-11; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22)
We believe that Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary, that he is both God and man, that he never sinned, and that he performed miracles.
Jesus died, was buried and rose from the dead so that sins can be forgiven.
Jesus is now with the Father in heaven but will some day return to earth in power and glory.
(John 1:1; Philippians 2:5-6; Luke 1:26-38; Hebrews 7:26; Acts 2:22; 1 Corinthians 15:3; Matthew 28:6; Acts 1:9-11)
We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every Christian and that He provides the power for living a life that pleases God.
The Holy Spirit guides the believer to what is true and strengthens him to resist what is not from God.
The Holy Spirit gives every believer spiritual gifts for the building up of the church.
We are filled by the Holy Spirit when we yield to God's authority in our life and ask Him to fill us.
(Romans 12:1-2; 1 Thessalonians 5:23; Hebrews 13:12; Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4, 8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-13; Ephesians 5:18)
We are saved through the grace of God by Jesus’ substitutionary death on the cross. Those putting their trust in Christ are called to repent of their sins, confess their faith in Jesus and be baptized by immersion.
(Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 3:23, 6:23; Jeremiah 17:9; John 3:5, 3:16-17; Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38-39; Romans 6:3-5; Colossians 2:11-12; 1 Peter:3:21)
We believe we are saved by grace, through faith, at baptism, for good works.
(Ephesians 2 & Acts 2)
At our church, we share in Communion together every Sunday because we believe the Lord’s Table is central to our worship and unity in Christ.
Jesus commanded His followers, “Do this in remembrance of me," and the early church devoted themselves to “the breaking of bread” as a regular act of fellowship and faith.
Each week, we come as one body to remember Christ’s sacrifice, to proclaim the gospel through this meal, and to renew our hope in His return.
Communion is a weekly reminder of grace, gratitude, and the shared life we have in Him.
(Luke 22:19, Acts 2:42, 1 Corinthians 11:23–26)
